岗位职责：
任职资格：
1. Evaluation of Run Hours (Standard Hours) of different models (product) using MOST technique and or Stop Watch.
2. Daily monitoring / reporting of actual performances (previous day) in relation to the Run Hours (Standard Hours). This is divided into area performance (Laser Cutting, Bending, Welding etc…)
3. Providing evidence to Lean Production Concepts, identifying biggest losses and driving Continuous Improvements.
4. Monitoring of Run Hours reduction & interfacing with Finance
5. Manpower Planning based on predicted volumes and Product / Area Run hours.
6. Update & provide Standard Work Documentation
7. Verification of SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures).
Provide Strong base for the Budgeting; both Financial & Manpower. Analyze monthly variance based on Actual & Budgeted Hours.

凯斯纽荷兰机械（哈尔滨）有限公司在中国市场上推出的110-90拖拉机和TM140拖拉机，在中国大马力拖拉机发展的历史进程中发挥了非常好的引导作用，均在市场上获得用户的欢迎。新型的纽荷兰T1804大功率拖拉机也已经被列入《2010年国家通用类农机补贴目录》。
在公司成立至今的10年多的时间里，已经累计组装和销售凯斯纽荷兰大马力拖拉机1500余台，同时也负责高端的凯斯纽荷兰机械在中国的产品支持、备件供应和用户培训。
